Strawberry Blackforest Icecream cupcake

செய்முறை

முதலில் சாக்கலேட் மஃபின்ஸ் செய்யவும்.

கேக் கலவை (முட்டையில்லாமல்)

கேக் கலவை ( முட்டை சேர்த்து)

தயார் செய்த கலவையை கப் கேக்களாக செய்து, ஆறவிடவும்.

பின் 

கேக்கை இரண்டாக வெட்டி, 

கீழ் பாக கேக்கில் ஐஸ்க்ரீம் மற்றும் நறுக்கிய ஸ்ட்ராபெரிகளை வைத்து, அதன் மேல் மேல்பாகத்தை வைத்து, உடனே பறிமாறவும்.

Serving suggestions:

Make egg or eggless muffins as per the link mentioned above.

Then slit the cake and apply Icecream with sliced strawberries.

keep the upper slice cake on top and serve immediately ( before Icecream starts melting)

Note: Sprinkle some sugar syrup on cake for moisture and for extra taste.
