Oil free Murukku ( Baked )

Prepare Dough.

Pre heat the oven at 160' c .

keep the foil on baking tray and squeeze the dough using Murukku maker.

spray some oil on top ( option )

Bake it for 15 to 20 mts till done.

Store it in air tight comtainer.

ஓவனை  160'செ  சூடாக்கவும்.

ஒரு பேக்கிங் தட்டில் , அலுமினியம் ஃபாயில் வைத்து,

தயார் செய்த மாவை , அச்சில் போட்டு பிளியவும்

விருப்பப்பட்டால் சிறிது எண்ணெயை மாவின் மேலே தடவவும்.

15 முதல் 20 நிமிடம் , பேக் செய்து எடுக்கவும்.

மொறு மொறு முறுக்கு தயார்.
