Instant homemade mayonnaise
செய்முறை
Egg -1 ( முட்டை )
Olive oil / any flavourless oil - 1/2 cup ( ஆயில் )
Lemon - 1/2 ( Squeeze it ) ( எலுமிச்சைசாறு )
Salt (உப்பு சிறிதளவு )
Sugar - 1/2 tsp சர்க்கரை
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp மிளகுதூள்
( Can add Mustrard / garlic / Chillyflakes for extra taste )
Blend altogether in blender till thick consistency.( appro it took 5 minutes )
Once done , serve.
Store the remainaining in an airtight container, in refrigerator.
Can store upto 4 days appro..
Tips: Put the egg in hot water for 2 mts and use.
As we are intaking raw egg.
